Where's the house?

This month only

Fair questions.

What will my quote include?

A price for each option, plus any extras worth doing while we're there, like clearing the gutters. Everything itemised, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Pick what suits, or nothing at all.

What if it rains?

Light rain is fine. It's dirt that marks glass, not water. If it's properly bucketing down we'll move you to the next clear day.

Do I need to be home?

For outside only, no. Leave the gate unlocked and we'll text when we're done. For inside, yes, or someone you trust.

Are you insured?

Yes. Public liability cover, and we'll send the certificate if you'd like to see it.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or card once the job's done and you're happy. No deposit.

Do you clean roofs?

Not yet. Doing roofs safely needs scaffolding or edge protection, and lichen takes months to clear even when it's treated properly. Ask and we'll point you to someone good.

Is there anything you won't clean?

Anything we can't reach safely. We'll tell you with the quote, not on the day.
