Short version: we use your details to quote and do the job. We don't sell them or pass them around.

What we collect

• What you tell us in the quote form: home type, the job, how often, your address, your name, your mobile or email, and any note.
• Basic visit counts, such as which pages are viewed and how far people get through the quote form. These don't use cookies or identify you.

Why

To send your quote, book and do the work, and contact you about it. We also look at overall form numbers to make the site easier to use.

Where it's kept

Bookings are stored in our booking system, run on Cloudflare, and copied to a Google spreadsheet and email account. Only we can access them. Cloudflare and Google may store that data on servers outside New Zealand. Visit counts are handled by Cloudflare.

How long

If a quote doesn't turn into a job, we delete the request after 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as you're a customer and as long as the law needs us to keep business records.

Seeing or changing your details

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. To do that, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
